New Delhi.  A sensational incident has come to light in the national capital Delhi. On Wednesday (December 24), Vivek Vihar police station received a PCR call under DD number 39. A neighbor, Satnam, reported finding his sister-in-law's body lying on the roof of their house. The deceased had injuries on her neck. Her brother, Kulwant, is absconding.

A police team immediately arrived at the scene and found the body of a woman lying in slum number 54 in Kasturba Nagar. The deceased woman's name was Mahendra Kaur. The deceased woman's 20-year-old son, Shiv Charan, told police that he had gone to buy cigarettes. There was a fight at home over money for cigarettes. When he returned about 10 minutes later, his father asked him to get medicine for his mother, saying she was ill.
